As this year draws to a close, it is a good moment to consider God's faithfulness and prepare our hearts for the future. The eternal knowledge found in the Bible can benefit every stage of life.

A Call to Trust in God's Plans

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
— Jeremiah 29:11

 This verse reminds us that God's intentions are always for our benefit, regardless of the difficulties or unknowns we may encounter. As 2024 draws to a close, we are urged to have faith that He is orchestrating everything for our good.

A Charge to Remain Steadfast

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
— Galatians 6:9

 God calls us to endure even though the end of the year can be exhausting. In His perfect time, our commitment to performing modest deeds of love, service, and kindness will pay off.

A Reminder of God's Unchanging Presence

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."
— Hebrews 13:8

This text reminds us that Jesus is our steadfast compass when the world around us changes. We will be led into the blessings of the future by the same Savior who saw us through the difficulties of the past.

An Encouragement to Hope

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."

— Romans 15:13

Particularly when we look forward to a new year, hope is a potent gift. Regardless of the situation, the Holy Spirit enables us to embrace happiness and tranquility.

2. Faith: Entrust the coming year to God, believing in His good plans for you and your loved ones.
3. Service: Find ways to bless others, embodying Christ's love in your community.
