"Three Major Sources of Poverty"

INTRODUCTION

Poverty is more than just the absence of money—it is the absence of purpose, of power, and of understanding. The enemy has long used poverty as a weapon to silence destinies and cripple visions. But God never intended for His children to live in lack! Jesus said in John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.”

Today, I want to expose three major sources of poverty that the Holy Spirit revealed. And as we expose them, we will break free from them. These three sources are:

  1. Wrong Self-Concept

  2. Unfair System (Circular)

  3. Spirit-Control Occurrences

1. WRONG SELF-CONCEPT

Proverbs 23:7 – "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he."

The first and most dangerous root of poverty is the wrong image of oneself.

  • When you see yourself as small, you will live small.

  • When you see yourself as unworthy, you will settle for crumbs.

  • When you believe the lie that you are not enough, you will never reach for more.

God called Gideon a mighty man of valor, but Gideon saw himself as the least in his family. Poverty begins when a person does not see themselves the way God sees them.

Declaration: I am who God says I am. I am the head and not the tail, above only and never beneath.

You are not poor—you are a kingdom ambassador with access to heaven’s resources!

2. UNFAIR SYSTEM (CIRCULAR)

Ecclesiastes 5:8 – "If you see the poor oppressed... do not be astonished."

There are systems in this world that are designed to keep people in cycles of lack. Education systems that prepare people to be workers but not wealth creators. Economies that benefit the rich but bury the poor. Policies that elevate some but suppress others.

This circular system keeps people busy but never free. Like a hamster wheel—you run, but you remain in the same spot.

But hear me: God has an economy that overrides earthly systems!

  • Joseph prospered in prison.

  • Daniel rose in Babylon.

  • The widow’s oil multiplied in a time of famine.

Kingdom Key: Tithing, sowing, and kingdom stewardship break you out of earthly systems and plug you into supernatural supply.

3. SPIRIT-CONTROL OCCURRENCES

Ephesians 6:12 – "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood..."

There are spiritual forces that fight prosperity, especially for believers. These forces can come as:

  • Generational curses

  • Demonic altars

  • Ancestral covenants

  • Spirit of delay and stagnation

  • Dream attacks (e.g., seeing yourself in the village, losing money, being chased)

These occurrences are not natural—they are spiritually engineered to keep you poor, tired, and discouraged.

But child of God, we have power! Luke 10:19 says, “I have given you authority… over all the power of the enemy!”

Deliverance Key: Spiritual warfare, fasting, and prophetic declaration can break every chain!

CONCLUSION: YOUR SEASON OF LACK IS OVER

You are not called to survive—you are called to thrive. Poverty is not your portion. From today:

  • Reject the lies of low self-worth.

  • Disconnect from systems designed to limit you.

  • Confront and conquer every spiritual resistance.

Prophetic Word: Every power of poverty over your life is broken now in Jesus’ name!

 PRAYER

"Father, I repent for any mindset, alignment, or door that has invited poverty into my life. I break every generational curse and disconnect from every system of lack. Today, I receive kingdom prosperity, wisdom, and favor. I walk in the fullness of your promise. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

BE BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE!


Tatlong Pangunahing Pinagmumulan ng Kahirapan

Teksto: Oseas 4:6 – “Ang aking bayan ay namamatay sa kakulangan ng kaalaman.”

PAMBUNGAD

Ang kahirapan ay hindi lang kakulangan sa pera—ito ay kakulangan sa layunin, kapangyarihan, at pagkaunawa. Matagal nang ginagamit ng kaaway ang kahirapan upang patahimikin ang mga pangarap at durugin ang mga pangitain. Pero hindi ito ang disenyo ng Diyos para sa atin!

Sabi ni Hesus sa Juan 10:10, “Ako’y naparito upang sila’y magkaroon ng buhay, at magkaroon nito nang masagana.”

Ngayong araw na ito, ilalantad natin ang tatlong pangunahing ugat ng kahirapan ayon sa pahayag ng Banal na Espiritu:

  1. Maling Pagtingin sa Sarili

  2. Hindi Makatarungang Sistema (Paikot-ikot)

  3. Mga Pangyayaring May Kontrol ng Espiritu

1. MALING PAGTINGIN SA SARILI

Kawikaan 23:7 – "Sapagkat kung ano ang iniisip ng tao sa kanyang puso, siya nga."

Ang unang ugat ng kahirapan ay ang maling konsepto ng pagkatao.

  • Kapag iniisip mong ikaw ay maliit, mamumuhay ka nang maliit.

  • Kapag iniisip mong hindi ka karapat-dapat, tatanggap ka lang ng tira-tira.

  • Kapag naniwala kang kulang ka, hindi mo hahangarin ang mas malaki.

Tinawag ng Diyos si Gideon na isang makapangyarihang mandirigma, pero ang tingin niya sa sarili ay pinaka-mababa sa kanilang angkan. Dito nagsisimula ang kahirapan—sa isip.

Deklarasyon: Ako ay kung sino ang sabi ng Diyos na ako. Ako’y ulo at hindi buntot, ako’y nasa itaas at hindi sa ilalim.

Hindi ka mahirap. Ikaw ay anak ng Hari, tagapagmana ng langit!

2. HINDI MAKATARUNGANG SISTEMA (PAIKOT-IKOT)

Eclesiastes 5:8 – “Kung makita mo ang mahihirap na inaapi... huwag kang magtaka.”

May mga sistema sa mundong ito na idinisenyo upang panatilihing mahirap ang tao.

  • Edukasyong nagtuturo kung paano magtrabaho, pero hindi kung paano yumaman.

  • Ekonomiyang pabor sa mayayaman, pero sumasakal sa mahihirap.

  • Patakarang nagtataas ng ilan, ngunit lumulubog sa iba.

Parang hamster wheel—tumatakbo ka, pero hindi ka umaabante.

Pero tandaan mo ito: May sariling ekonomiya ang Diyos!

  • Umunlad si Jose sa bilangguan.

  • Umangat si Daniel sa Babilonia.

  • Dumami ang langis ng balo sa panahon ng taggutom.

Susi ng Kaharian: Ang pagtatapat sa pagbibigay, pagtatanim ng binhi, at tamang pamumuno ng yaman ay naglalabas sa iyo sa sistema ng mundo at ikinokonekta ka sa kayamanan ng langit.

3. MGA PANGYAYARING MAY KONTROL NG ESPIRITU

Efeso 6:12 – “Sapagkat ang ating pakikipaglaban ay hindi laban sa laman at dugo...”

May mga espirituwal na pwersang humahadlang sa kaunlaran, lalo na sa mga mananampalataya. Ang mga ito ay maaaring:

  • Sumpa ng lahi

  • Altar ng demonyo

  • Kasunduang espiritwal ng mga ninuno

  • Espiritu ng pagkaantala at pagkakabalam

  • Masasamang panaginip (hal., nakikita ang sariling nasa baryo, nawawala ang pera, tinatakbuhan ng kung ano)

Hindi ito mga ordinaryong pangyayari—ito ay espiritwal na disenyo para panatilihing lugmok ang buhay mo.

Pero kapatid, may kapangyarihan tayo! Sabi sa Lucas 10:19, “Binigyan ko kayo ng kapangyarihang tumapak sa ahas at alakdan, at sa lahat ng kapangyarihan ng kaaway!”

Susi ng Kalayaan: Ang pag-aayuno, panalangin, at deklarasyong propetiko ay bumabasag sa mga tanikala ng espiritu.

PAGTATAPOS: TAPOS NA ANG PANAHON NG KAHIRAPAN MO

Hindi ka tinawag para mabuhay sa tira-tira. Tinawag kang mamuhay nang masagana. Simula ngayon:

  • Itakwil ang maling pananaw sa sarili.

  • Kumalas sa sistema ng mundo.

  • Harapin at talunin ang mga espiritwal na hadlang.

Salitang Propetiko: Bawat tanikala ng kahirapan sa buhay mo ay nabasag na ngayon sa pangalan ni Hesus!

PANALANGIN 

"Ama, pinagsisisihan ko ang anumang isipan, gawa, o bukas na pinto na nag-imbita ng kahirapan sa aking buhay. Binabasag ko ang bawat sumpa at pinapawalang-bisa ang bawat sistema ng kakulangan. Tinatanggap ko ang kaunlaran, karunungan, at pabor mula sa iyo. Mula ngayon, mamumuhay ako ayon sa Iyong layunin. Sa pangalan ni Hesus, Amen!"

SUMAATIN ANG PAGPAPALANG HIGIT SA LAHAT!
