"The Bible is clear: God calls us to speak up for the poor and the weak. Proverbs 31:8–9 says, ‘Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, defend the rights of the poor and needy.’
Mga kapatid, maraming tao sa paligid natin ang walang boses — ang mahirap, ang naaapi, ang mga ulila, at ang mga balo. Tayo bilang mga anak ng Diyos ang tinawag upang maging tinig nila.
When we defend the weak, we reflect the heart of Christ, who Himself came to proclaim good news to the poor. Ang ating pananampalataya ay hindi lamang salita, kundi gawa ng katarungan, habag, at pagmamahal.
So today, let us choose courage. Magsalita tayo laban sa mali, tumindig para sa naaapi, at ipaglaban ang karapatan ng mahihina. For in doing so, we do not just help people — we honor God Himself."
